All our peer support groups are used, delivered, developed and led by people with shared experiences on an equal and mutual basis, in order to better manage their wellbeing.

Meet others in a safe, supportive environment whilst enjoying an activity or just spending time with people who have similar experiences. Groups include walking, relaxation, cooking, creative writing, social trips and much more.
Our courses and workshops provide a safe and supportive space to develop skills to manage the difficulties in your life. Skills groups include Assertiveness Skills, Managing Anxiety, Managing Loss, Building Self Esteem, Managing Anger and much more
Our support groups are a way to give and receive mutual support to help manage the stresses in your life. We have regular daytime and evening groups as well as a parents’ support group and a support group for people who identify as trans.
