Organisations which proactively talk about mental ill health are more likely to have a positive workforce, according to new research from Leeds Trinity University. Nina Fryer and Dr Ian Kenvyn spent 10 months with two organisations in Leeds to assess whether activities to reduce the stigma around mental ill health made a difference to culture
