Learn ways to cope with social distancing

In early May, Leeds Mind partnered with Clarion Futures to deliver a limited run of webinars with tips and advice on coping with lockdown and the social distancing measures.

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, we wanted to make these webinars more broadly available, in the hope that it can help more people maintain better mental wellbeing during this strange, unsettling time.

The webinar covers:

  • How to connect with others during lockdown
  • How to keep active with limited resources
  • Ways to look after your mental wellbeing
  • Information on resources and local support

You can watch the video with slides and audio from the webinar below.

This is a pre-recorded webinar, so please note you won’t be able to interact and add to the Q&A section. Got questions that weren’t answered? Get in touch on our social media channels (Twitter or Facebook) or drop us an email at info@leedsmind.org.uk.
