You’ll learn useful ways to manage your financial wellbeing and discover tools that can help improve both financial stability and mental health. \nLearning Outcomes:\nBy the end of the session you will be able to \n\nRecognise the relationship between mental health and money​\nIdentify three signs of an unhealthy relationship with money\nExplain why we may struggle to control spending\nIdentify two things that influence impulse control\nApply at least one way to control decision making\nIdentify three sources of support\n\nThis session is fully funded by the M&G Community Fund\, which supports community projects that improve wellbeing.
