DESCRIPTION:Once you’ve achieved your Mental Health First Aid certificate\, it’s recommended that you attend Refresher training every three years. This will help you renew your skills and keep your knowledge up-to-date. \nSo if you completed your MHFA course in 2023\, you’ll want to renew with this short course in 2026. \nThis course will support your MHFAiders® by: \n\n Renewing their skills\n Updating their knowledge of mental health supports\n Giving them the chance to practice applying the Mental Health First Aid action plan \nProviding them access to three years of MHFAider® support and benefits.\n\nPlease contact training@leedsmind.org.uk if you have any questions\, and for details on group discounts. \nThe next online Mental Health Refresher Course will be held on Tuesday 3rd February 2026 (more details below) \nPricing\nRRP £125 \nFurther discounts available for VCSE organisations\, as well as Mindful Employer network members\, and corporates that are already working with Leeds Mind (for example\, as a fundraising partner).
