Headstogether Virgin London Marathon 2017

Mind has been chosen as one of the eight partner charities for the “Heads Together” Campaign, founded by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry and has the privilege of being the 2017 Virgin Money London Marathon Charity of the Year
Earlier this year we were lucky enough to be given the opportunity to apply for some of the 100 Local Mind allocated places and I’m delighted to tell you know that we secured 10 of these places.

Along with training for the 26.2 miles each runner needs to raise £2000 each – We are kick started their fundraising but have a long way to go so keep your eyes peel for a number of fundraising events early next year, and if you have any ways in which you can help / support the team please get in touch, this is a huge callenge for all theat are taking part.
