Support for people aged 50+
Leeds Mind works with people over 50 in and around Leeds, who may be struggling with loneliness or social isolation.
This can have a negative impact on our mental health. Our service promotes better mental health by working to reduce this loneliness and social isolation.
For more information, or for an informal chat about the service, please contact info@leedsmind.org.uk or call 0113 305 5800.
We’re excited to launch a Summer programme of groups for people aged 50+ in Chapeltown, Gipton & Harehills, and Seacroft & Killingbeck.
Over three months, we’ll be bringing people together through a range of activities, including:
- Walk and talk groups
- Support groups
- Creative sessions
All designed to focus on:
- Community and connection
- Health and wellbeing
- Meaningful, locally-shaped activities
These sessions are co-designed with local people, so they reflect what matters most in your area.
