Mental Health Awareness – Open Access – Tuesday 3rd June 2025

Useful for anyone wanting to increase their knowledge on and awareness around mental health. 

Learning Outcomes:

• Explain the term Mental Health
• Recognise stigma and the mental health continuum
• Recognise signs and symptoms of mental ill health, especially those related to stress, anxiety and depression
• Compare different models of mental health
• Implement the Stress Vulnerability Model
• Identify strategies for having a conversation about mental health

This course is running 9.30am – 12.30pm on Tuesday 3rd June 2025 at Kirkstall Forge, Leeds.
