FreeThis practical, interactive session explores how money and mental health affect each other, especially during times of rising living costs and increasing awareness of mental health and neurodivergence. You’ll learn useful ways to manage your financial wellbeing and discover tools that can help improve both financial stability and mental health.
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of the session you will be able to
- Recognise the relationship between mental health and money
- Identify three signs of an unhealthy relationship with money
- Explain why we may struggle to control spending
- Identify two things that influence impulse control
- Apply at least one way to control decision making
- Identify three sources of support
