This May, the Leeds Mindful Employer Network conference brings together employers from across Leeds to focus on a shared reality: pressure is constant, change is ongoing, and supporting people well has never mattered more.

What will we cover?
The theme has been shaped by real conversations with local leaders and practitioners navigating exactly that.
Across the day, we’ll explore practical, real-world questions, including:

Working towards reducing ethnic inequalities in mental healthSynergi Leeds Network
The Synergi-Leeds Partnership is a citywide approach to tackling ethnic
inequalities in mental health. It began in 2017 as a collaboration between Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Leeds City Council’s Public Health team and other VCS services. -

Touchstone provide health and wellbeing services to over 10,000 people in diverse communities across Yorkshire every year. Being You Leeds provides free groups and activities, training, awareness raising session and tackles mental health stigma and discrimination focusing on community led provision.

Carers Leeds is a charity providing support, information and guidance to over 61,500 unpaid carers across Leeds. We help employers identify, engage, support and retain working carers. 50% of the UK workforce will have caring responsibilities before retirement, and balancing both roles can lead to stress, unplanned absence, or employees leaving work.
