This May, the Leeds Mindful Employer Network conference brings together employers from across Leeds to focus on a shared reality: pressure is constant, change is ongoing, and supporting people well has never mattered more.

What will we cover?

The theme has been shaped by real conversations with local leaders and practitioners navigating exactly that.

Across the day, we’ll explore practical, real-world questions, including:

  • How everyday behaviours and leadership habits shape wellbeing
  • Supporting mental health when the pressure doesn’t stop
  • Leading people through organisational change
  • Creating connection across remote and hybrid teams
  • Financial wellbeing, neurodiversity, menopause, addiction recovery and inclusion
  • What the rise of AI means for wellbeing — now and what comes next

You’ll be able to choose the sessions most relevant to you and build your own bespoke schedule. Every delegate will receive a practical workbook to support reflection and follow-through after the event. 📘
