From 1st April, Leeds Mind’s Inkwell Arts groups will sadly no longer be running in the community.

This is because from April 2024, the Inkwell service is not being re-funded. There are many funding cuts in the city at the moment and unfortunately, Inkwell is one of those that has been cut.

At Leeds Mind we have gone to every length to try to secure replacement funding, but this has not been possible.

The final dates for our groups are as follows:

Art & Felting Group at Stainbeck ChurchTuesday 19th March
Royal Voluntary Service Over 60s Art GroupWednesday 27th March
Craft Together at Woodhouse Community CentreThursday 21st March

Leeds Mind will continue to provide some arts provision in the city under a project called Arts and Minds, however, the funding we received for this cannot support any of our current groups.

We know this will have a huge impact on the people who use our service and we have provided some support suggestions below, with the hope that these will be helpful to you.

If you have any questions, please contact info@leedsmind.org.uk
