As part of our 50th Anniversary celebrations, we’re gifting you five sessions of mental health and wellbeing advice, from our experienced mental health trainer, Jay Gadhia.

During Leeds Mind’s golden anniversary year, we are asking Leeds to get talking, because silence isn’t always golden…but talking is!

That’s why we couldn’t resist when BBC Radio Leeds invited us onto the mid-morning show with Gayle Lofthouse.

Gayle and Jay discussed mental health over five consecutive days in a series they titled “between your lugholes” – all about looking after our mental health and understanding what goes on in our minds.

Here’s where you can listen to all five features:

Stress and anxiety

LGBTQIA+ mental health
Men's mental health

We want to say a big thank you to the team at BBC Radio Leeds and Gayle for allowing us this platform to share Jay’s expertise. We hope you find it useful, and it shows why talking is golden!
