Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees is a group of volunteers who decide upon the Leeds Mind strategy, and oversee the governance of Leeds Mind. The board meets quarterly and also has four sub committees:

Linda Grant
Linda GrantChair
Linda is an independent consultant, facilitator and coach with more than twenty years’ experience in the field of management & people development. Linda’s expertise brings together an understanding of organisational development and individual behaviour, together with the desire to ensure strategies make a difference to organisational performance, are business focused, and are practical in their approach. Whilst not having accessed Leeds Mind services herself, Linda has personal experience of providing support to family members who have suffered mental health illness, and has also witnessed the issues surrounding misdiagnosis.
Paul Cunningham
Paul CunninghamDeputy Chair & Chair of Quality and Performance Sub-Committee
Paul is the manager of the Intermediate Care Ward at Seacroft Hospital, an Intermediate Care Community Team, and a Social Work Team with Leeds Community Healthcare. He has previously worked in social services. He is a qualified counsellor and has volunteered for Leeds Mind in this capacity for many years.
Bev Harrison

A qualified CIMA Accountant, Bev has over 20 years’ experience in business covering both Corporate and SME environments. She has led many major projects and worked as a Finance and Administration Director. Bev volunteers at Inkwell and is the lead for Friends of Inkwell.

General Members

Andy Graham
Andy Graham
Andy is an employment lawyer at Addleshaw Goddard LLP. Andy has assisted a large number of organisations, ranging from plc’s to small family-owned businesses, to manage work related issues involving mental health. Andy regularly works with occupational health companies and employers to achieve positive outcomes for employees who encounter mental health issues.

Andy has delivered a number of bespoke training sessions to line managers on managing their team’s performance and absence, with a particular focus on mental health issues.

David Gee
David Gee
David is a Director at YFM Equity Partners, based in Leeds. Now in his 30th year there, he invests and then helps Companies through their transformational growth. This is in a wide range of sectors from services and technology through to manufacturing and retail. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession, qualifying with Grant Thornton in Leeds. Outside work David is a keen runner and cyclist and volunteers at Wheels4fun, a local disability cycle group. At Leeds mind he sits on the finance sub-committee and is the link member for wellbeing
Edward Bellamy
Edward Bellamy
Edward has a keen interest in social care information management and hopes to use this and his business knowledge to help the organisation grow.

Edward interests include Information Governance, Information Law, Business growth and the health and care sectors
