Training Terms and Conditions for Online Booking
Leeds Mind is a registered charity and affiliated with the Mind group. As a charity, we are able to offer competitive rates for training, and any profits we make go back into supporting our key services.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking unless you require an invoice, which must be paid prior to attending the training. We are not VAT registered so not subject to VAT.
Training
On booking your sessions you will receive confirmation and joining instructions 2 weeks prior to the course. Please contact training@leedsmind.org.uk with any questions.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please do this as soon as possible.

| More than 15 working days’ notice | Full refund – £25 admin fee |
| Less than 10 working days’ notice | 50 % charge |
| Less than 5 working days’ notice | Full fee charged |
In the unlikely event that Leeds Mind need to cancel the training, you will receive a full refund.
Latecomers
If a delegate arrives late for a course or is absent from part of a session, Leeds Mind reserve the right to refuse access to the training where we feel they will gain insufficient knowledge or skills in the time remaining. In all such cases, no refunds will be issued.
Please be aware that where courses are accredited, full attendance is required from delegates. Delegates missing part of the course, arriving late or leaving early may affect this.
Adverse Weather Conditions
During adverse weather conditions we know that it can sometimes be difficult for trainers and delegates to get to training courses.
If the weather forecast indicates that trainers or delegates will have difficulty either getting to the venue or getting home again, we will decide whether to cancel the course, deliver virtually or amend start/finish times. Should the course be cancelled by us, we will reschedule the course or issue a refund.
Holding Your Details
Leeds Mind will hold your details on record for the purposes of contacting you in regard to your booking, as well as to let you know about other training events from time to time.
