Your training and fundraising efforts need not go to waste in light of coronavirus! Go out and get that run in the bag, then let us know on social media. We’ll even issue you with a completion certificate.
You can choose how you post on social – it could be a selfie or video of you out on your run, or you could record your miles on Strava (we have a Leeds Mind Strava running club for those that want to join in the fun!) Just make sure you tag @LeedsMind on Twitter, @MindLeeds on Facebook, or use the hashtag #LeedsMindRunning
The most important thing is everyone’s health, safety and wellbeing. With that in mind, we’d strongly recommend that you observe social distancing guidelines as outlined by Government. But if you’re fit and safe to do so, you can still pound the pavements, and raise vital funds and awareness to achieve better mental health for all in Leeds.
