Peer Support

Virtual Peer Support

During Covid-19 lockdown, we’ve been offering virtual peer support through online platforms.

Below is a list of our upcoming online introduction sessions, courses and workshops.

To book onto any of the sessions below please call us on 0113 305 5800 or email us: [email protected] Places are limited so booking is essential.

If you would like more information or would like to discuss the service before booking, please contact us via the same methods listed above.

Nervous or unsure about accessing support online? We are able to offer up to 4 sessions (45 minutes long) of 1 to 1 peer support by telephone or Zoom to help you work towards accessing our group sessions. We can offer practical support with Zoom if you have not used it before, or offer 1:1 Peer Support if you feel unsure about attending groups and would like to build your confidence. You can self-refer for 1-to-1 support here.

All new and existing group members will need to have attended an online introduction to group work session before booking onto further workshops, courses and support groups.

Before attending a session, please take a few minutes to read and download the following documents:

  1. Guidelines for behaviour in online peer support groups
  2. Peer Support attendance policy
  3. Guide to using Zoom for online Peer Support
